The purpose of the general conditions (hereinafter the “General Conditions”) is to govern the conditions of access, use and operation of the “API Store by BNP Paribas” https://apistore.bnpparibas by any user accessing it (hereinafter the “User”) to the exclusion of any other conditions except those specifically mentioned in these General Conditions.
The purpose of the “API Store by BNP Paribas” is to present the various API proposed by BNP Paribas and its entities. It will help you discover all API proposed by the BNP Paribas Group. If you are looking for the documentation of an API, if you want to test it and subscribe it, you will be redirected to the API Portal of the entity owning and distributing the API.
In case of modification of the Terms and Conditions, BNP PARIBAS will indicate on the Site the date of the update of the Terms and Conditions.
ARTICLE 1 - ACCESS /AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE
The user acknowledges that he/she has the necessary skills and means to access and use the Site.
